This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

On a beautiful summers day, I was overjoyed to discover this beautiful lily pond filled with these fabulously exotic flowers and encircled by whirring Dragonflies, it was the perfect place to stop and enjoy my surroundings. As the sun filtered hazily through the trees and rested on the water, highlighting the water lilies and creating the most spectacular scene, I couldn't help but think of Monet. If I were a painter I'd have been inspired to paint. I blended a little texture with my original black and white photograph.

I like to explore every nook and cranny of anywhere I visit and I'm always looking out for something unusual or unique, weird and wonderful, interesting and intriguing. For me, half the challenge is in the initial taking of the photo, the looking for something that catches my attention, getting that perfect composition, but the other half is in the processing, the tweaking and twisting and the addition of a little imagination to see how much detail I can bring to the surface and hopefully let the viewer see the same as I did when I took the shot. My images have been shot here, there and everywhere, mainly in the historic cities of Europe and with the occasional one taken in my own surroundings...
