We loved the T- shirt but needed the print for a cover for my husbands prosthetic leg. He was in an awful accident a year and lost a leg as a result. He is a Beatle Fanatic and we had to put them on his new leg. Thanks for the awesome art and it was the perfect size.

A mayapple just starting to leaf out. This is one of a series of photos showing mayapple budding and leafing out. Mayapples (Podophyllum peltatum), the only species in this genus in the barberry family, are native woodland plants, which grow across most of the eastern USA. Here we can see the bud at the tip of the plant.
I am a nature and landscape photographer based in Madison, WI, with images from around the world. I am originally from Australia, but have lived in New Brunswick, Canada, and Socorro, New Mexico, before moving to Madison. I am trained as a geologist, and still teach introductory geology classes (need to pay the bills somehow).. The love of the outdoors has strongly influenced my photography, initially in Australia, but then in the the NW Territories of Canada (I was there doing geology), and the desert of New Mexico. Now I find the beauty around where I live in Madison. If you live in the Madison area, contact me, and I can print images for you (save on postage).
